PROJECT OVERVIEW
Under a progressive design-build contract, the University of Washington and Clark/Abbott will work together to select the design team to construct the Behavioral Health Teaching Facility project in Seattle, Washington.
Clark/Abbott will construct a 210,000-square-foot behavioral health teaching facility at the University of Washington’s Northwest Hospital and Medical Center. This facility will provide training to behavioral health specialists, as well as clinical inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs.
